Performed QA on Laars Boiler install. Spoke with Karen about the system and install. She asked if I could turn the temperature up on the domestic hot water. Adjusted the mixing valve to increase the temperature from 116 Degrees to about 121/122 Degrees. Inspected piping and checked gas piping for leaks. Reviewed programming and Dipswitch settings on the boiler. Completed checklist form in the system. No follow up is needed.
Follow up call for install of heat pump and weatherization work Reviewed scope of work with Daniel, determined it was best to utilize the attic to run ductwork to upper and lower levels. Need to modify quote.

Replaced both 20x20x1 filters. Checked back up heat/measured amp draw of strip heater. Measured temperature rise. Checked all wiring, electric motors and components. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked hot surface ignitor ohms and looked for cracks/hot spots during start up. Cleaned flame sensor. Hacked flame sense/rectification circuit. Checked all electric motors and components. Checked temperature rise and static pressure. Checked gas pressure. Combustion draft test: Good Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
Repiped section of exhaust. Verified that entire length of exhaust was properly pitched.
Gas Furnace Tune Up for 80K BTU 2 stage propane furnace. Checked burners and heat exchanger. Measure temp rise. Measured inlet and outlet gas pressure. Filter ok. Checked all electric motors and components. Checked all field and manufacturer wiring. Combustion test good. Completed Gas Furnace Inspection Form We will schedule to come out and adjust exhaust. Furnace is operating well at the time of six month inspection.
